Hello Teachers Here are some Grading reminders

Every assignment must have the score type of Collected and be linked to standards. Each standard must be graded with either a 4,3,2,1 Attendance Information

Attendance - Each student must receive an attendance code. If the student has not attended your class yet and is still absent use the NS code. You can see this if the page you submit your attendance on is the the multi view attendance page. Set the dates from 8/25/2025 - 8/28/2025 to see this weeks attendance. If today is the first time the student is attending your class use the 1st attendance code. IF the student has attended last week and is present today then use the IA attendance code. If the student attended last week or this week and is absent today use UNX code

Reminder - All sections / courses except for Lunch need to have attendance entered. This also includes MTSS sections.

Please take your attendance 1st thing when your class starts. At around 10 AM families are being notified that their child has been marked absent. It is way harder to try and take attendance after class and remembering who was in attendance and who was not

Please take your time and mark the attendance correctly. There are been some that mark the student NS in one period and then mark the kid IA for another when all other teachers have marked the student NS for the rest of the students classes If you have any questions please reach out to IT. Thanks!
